I had a problem with the zipper on my bag, so I reached out to nomatic support. They did get back to me and took care of the warranty without turning it into some huge hassle, which I appreciated. The only thing was, it took a few days between replies, so yeah, that part was a little frustrating. But overall, they were friendly, they got it handled, and I’m happy with how it turned out.

I picked up a Nomatic bag mostly because I liked how clean and simple it looked, it’s even nicer in person. There aren’t a bunch of random straps dangling all over the place, and it feels literally solid without looking huge or bulky.
The pocket layout actually makes sense, which I really appreciate. My laptop, charger, keys, and other little stuff all have their own spot. It took me about a day to get used to where everything goes, but now it’s super easy. I’m really happy with it.

I ordered a bag from nomatic and the shipping was okay. It wasn’t especially fast, but it arrived without any issues. Once I got it, I realized the bag just wasn’t the right fit for me, so I started a return. That part took longer than I expected, and I was hoping for clearer instructions and better updates along the way. I did get my refund in the end, but the return process could definitely be a little smoother.

I’ve been using my NOMATIC backpack for a few months now, it’s proven itself more than I expected. I didn’t want to judge it right away, but after carrying it through normal workdays and a bunch of travel, it’s clearly a step up from the bags I had before.

What convinced me is the everyday stuff. The zippers still run smoothly, the stitching hasn’t started coming apart, and the material doesn’t look beat up even after being shoved under airplane seats and tossed in the car. If it gets dirty, I just wipe it down and it looks fine again.

It’s definitely not the cheapest backpack out there, but after actually using it for a while, the price makes more sense to me. I’d rather pay once for something that holds up than keep replacing cheaper bags, and so far this one feels like it’s going to last.
