"I ordered a product and paid extra for…"
I ordered a product and paid extra for faster shipping but knowing Covid is slowing productivity down, my item was shipped a little later than it should have been. Emailed customer service within mins I received a refund response for the shipping cost and excellent service. Have purchased multiple items and love their products. Would highly recommend. Thanks again guys.

"Love the bags"
Love the bags. I have the Nomatic Sling and the 15L Backpack. The expandable feature and hidden pockets are my favorite features!
